ABSTRACT
This Research project was to study model management and social impacts on population in Nakhon Si Thammarat province form implementation of found project for the villages and urban community. This research was conducting in light of study of management model and social impact on the population in Nakhon Si Thammarat province from implementation of the found project for the villages and urban community. The major objectives of this research were as the following:
1. to study model management from some of the implementation of the fund project for the villagers and urban community.
2. to study of its impacts on the population in Nakhon Si Thammarat resulted fund project of the villagers and urban community on society, morality, economics and occupations.
3. to study of its problems and suggestions undertaking into villagers fund project and urban community in Nakhon Si Thammarat
Methods of research project:
The researcher has been provided for the form of interviews and questionnaires as a tool for this research work, sample groups of people conducting as a committee to look after the fund of villages and urban about 218 persons, and sample population groups in villages undertaking to the fund of villages and urban committee in Nakhon Si Thammarat about 372 cases. The total of the samples were about five hundred and forty five cases. The researcher collected all data form of the filed work with the helping of some of assistant researcher about five persons who will be collected data in the due fields.
Data analysis: the researcher has to use primary statistics in order to analyses e.g. percentage, average and standard deviation.
The consequences of research project can be found as follows:
1. The fund project for the villages and urban community in Nakhon Si Thammarat largely used a management model in order to carry on the funds n the course of project providing for handbook and an obligation derived it from the office of the prime minister pertaining for the fund project of the villagers and urban committee in 2001; and according to the rules and regulations of the office of the prime minister in–terms of constituting and exciting for the fund of the villagers urban community in 2001. Its committee worked together at the level of the fund’s management according to its project in high level.
2. Its social impacts on the population in Nakhon Si Thammarat was causing from undertaking the fund project urban community. The project can be seen in societies as above mentioned.
2.1 The impact in society: this can be largely seen form its impacts towards the population relating to the medium level as a positive side, e.g. this aims at promoting to community’s leaderships, standard of living of the people to be better than before in general. And then, people also took part n working and coordinating together according to their activities for more benefits in societies.
For the negative side, it has raised upon the people’s duty to earn more in order to pay back on their more indebtedness. People will have to wait for the other helping project form the government more and more. It can also then took part in making for the home politicians taking a stage to rise in their favorable votes of themselves and their parties as well.
2.2 The impact on morality: This can be seen the there has been found all its effects in relating to population on the medium level. For the positive side, e.g. it is a great part towards people who are taking part in their responsibility for them and community. It also took part in more promises, self reliance and society respectively. For the negative side, this can also made people to more extravagances more untruly expenditure and more bickering to one another
2.3 The impacts on the economics and occupations: This can also be seen that they have been fund for the project which impacted toward the population at the medium level. For the positive side, its was a great part relating to people who has experience in a way in order to proceed to their occupation with more energetic towards their occupation, more employment. For the negative side, it also was made the people to have consumed n their expenditures, more expends on their comfortable living and harder working.
3. Problems, obstacles and suggestions: we found the great problems and obstacles have been relating to the committee lacking of knowledge and understanding upon management as systematically. Moreover, the management and balance check, there has no centre to be its own, and waning for advice form the government concern. By and large, people do not understand any principle and project’s target, taking o paying full attention to repay on the fund. They could not buy because they have to spend their money according to their objectives, lacking of preparedness proceeding to the project.
For any suggestion, they should offer a course for training which the villager of community and provide for a place and facilities and more adequate purposes. They should be publicized some of information disseminated in order to now and understanding onwards. Raining and added occupation must be provided for people. And the government should encourage any promotion, occupation search toward tot the market with regard to except people’s products, preparedness by contributing its fund. The capital’s mobilization must be increased in its members to bring about favorable savings. The contribution of the fund project should be provided for all members. And measurement should be coerced or punished for those who violent.
