ABSTRACT

The management of professional experience of the teacher in faculty of education of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University was the documental study in making for information, and then it was as a basic of information to produce the form of questionnaire and analysis information in progress. The questionnaire instrument was made up to gathering the fundamental information of the trainees, teachers and executives. Because the comments were in variable factors, including teaching and learning of the trainees, teaching and learning of the trainees, teaching and learning preparation of trainees, media and teaching equipments preparation, teaching check and evaluation of trainees, personality to work with others. And the performance of trainees was varying directly to the personal ability of trainees. So, those factors were used in collecting information from trainees, fourty three people of instructors and thirty nine people of teachers and executives.

All of those factors, there were ability of trainees, teaching and learning of the trainees, teaching and learning preparation of trainees, media and teaching equipments preparation, teaching check and evaluation of trainees, personality to work with other and the performance of trainees if both of the trainee’s comments and the comments of teacher and executives in those factors were situated in the high level. The trainee had full confidence in being a profession teacher, the teachers and executives were satisfied with the ability of that trainee. When analysis the data, it was shown an ability of trainee and the teaching performance of trainee were relating together about 72% to82%. The comments of trainees were in the range of 59.6% to 83%. However, I satisfied with the teaching performance of trainees and ability of the trainees but personality should be more considered in teaching and learning preparation media and teaching equipments preparation.

Trainee needs to have some skills in media producing, make up the learning plan, teaching and learning management and evaluation’ especially for being a good spirit guide and living guide by using in Buddhism idea like Sikkha 3, Gharavasa-dhamma, lddhipada, Bala 5 to evaluate learner according to the Buddhist trendy learning management and Buddhist way of teaching that be in line with curriculum. Trainee should develop themselves to get those skills, ability and qualification in according to school or university require. Brotherly monk want trainee to in tended in their role, got high responsibility, behaved properly, able to send learning plan on time, media equipment were prepared, learning management and evaluation was suitable including supervision of teacher which helped trainee to move efficient.
