ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research were A Study of Deserable Characteristics of Administrative Buddhist Monks as Perceived by community Leaders in Phrae. We study in 3 areas : Education, Readership anv Administration.
The populations who were used in this research who community Leaders in Phrae ; The heads of Municility of Tumbol 62 and Worship Leader 290.
Three types of questions were used in this research. The first types of question are on general items. The second types of question deal with Deserable Characterestics of Administrative Buddhist Monks as perceived by community Leaders in three arears as mentioned abouve. The types of question are on the addititonal open ended propoasals.
The analysis of data wer percentage ( % ), mean ( m ), standard deviation ( s ) and hypothesis test by T-test
Found Research :
1. Result of a study of deserable characteristics of administrative Buddhist Monks as perceived by community Leader in Phrae is Three areas :
Education part : community Leaders in Phrae are showing there opinion on deserable characteristics of administrative Buddhist Monks from more to less opinion i.e. they would have the knowledge in local traditional culture and religion pased the training program, good in Thai Language, were experience in environmential manggement by using Dhamma, Knowledge about Community ocupation and good life, experience in administrative more than 5 years, Knowledge about commulane in religion and general, Compreted the Dhamma in third calss and Secondary School.
Leadership part : their opinion were following that point from more to less opinion i.e. Monks should have good charecteristics in honesty, Prestics in organization, Sincerelity for other, hard working, patient in job, good mood and self controling no caste and more polity.
Administrative part : their opinion were following from more less opinion i.e. Monks should have the good characteristies in Sincerelity to stats, good in Vision, he who has a ariginated person and always do many duties to progress, on the other hand, to admit others idea that come from Leadership, respectively.
2. The result of Deserable Characteristices of Administrative Buddhist Monks as Perceived by community Leaders in Phrae. From the enquesitions to people who have difference position in found Education, readership and Administrative Level ; there’re no differences.
