ABSTRACT

This research aimed to study the participative quality assurance with operation, to the range of participative quality assurance with operation and to the participative model of quality assurance with operation of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University.

The finding of this research was as follows:

1) The researcher studied a document and research purposively concern about the connoisseur interview. The result of tasks was brought to construct the five rating scale questionnaires. Those questionnaires were correctly and qualitatively checked by questionnaires experts. Then they were brought to collect the data from the two hundred and eighty samples as administrators, lectures and personnel. The two hundred and fifteen questionnaires were received from the most samples with 87.37 percentages of master degree during eleven years, with 85.58 percentages of lecture positions and most samples from Ubonratchathani Campus. The questionnaire participated in quality assurance with operation as a whole at the medium ranges running from

1) the quality assurance,
2) the external quality assurance preparedness,
3) the self-assessment methodology,
4) the quality assurance methodology,
5) the intrinsic quality assurance operation,
6) the self-study report operation,
7) the self-assessment report operation and
8) quality control participation.

2) The researcher used the respond questionnaires with means of more than 2.50 for the constructing of the second stage questionnaires applying for the index of congruency. 150 items of those questionnaires were with index of congruency of more than 0.5.

3) The researcher used the second state questionnaires with index of congruency more than 0.5 for the constructing of the third stage questionnaires with 5 rating scales. The mention questionnaires were used to collect the third stage data from the twenty seven selected experts. In this stage, the median and inter quartile range were used for data calculation.

The result of data analysis was as follows:

1) the quality assurance policy follow with only one item was scrutinized at the most level as the participative model of quality assurance with operation of Mahachulalonkornrajvidyalaya University, that is, the item of philosophical, idealistic assignment consistent with the University Act. And also only one item was scrutinized at much level as the participative model of quality level assurance operation.
2) the quality assurance methodological follow with nineteen items was scrutinized at much level as the participative model of quality assurance operation and only one at medium level.

3) the quality control participation with thirty items was scrutinized at much level as the participative model of quality assurance operation.

4) the self-study report operation with one item, that is , the item of the meeting for planning to organize the self-study report was scrutinized at the most level as the participative model of quality assurance operation and with 10 items was scrutinized at much level as the participative model.

5) the quality audit operation with twenty five items was scrutinized at the most level and with five items at the moderate level as the participative model. And

8) the external quality assurance preparedness with ten items was scrutinized at much level as the participative model of quality assurance with operation of Mahachulalonkornrajvidyalaya University.

The mentioned stages of the research were by means of the rating scale consideration running from

1) the quality assurance policy follow,
2) the external quality assurance preparedness,
3) the self-assessment methodological follow,
4) the quality assurance methodological follow,
5) the intrinsic quality assurance operation,
6) the self-study report operation,
7) the self-assessment report operation and
8) quality control participation. Those can be integrated as the participative model of quality assurance operation. By means of index congruency, there were one hundred and fifty six with more than 0.5 of index of congruency values and less than 0.5 as accepted as the items of the participative model.

And by means of median and inter quartile consideration, the participative models respectively run as follows ;

1) the quality assurance policy follow with only one item was scrutinized at the most level as the participative model of quality assurance with operation of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, that is, the item of philosophical, idealistic assignment consistent with the University Act. And also only one item was scrutinized at much level as the participative model of quality assurance operation.

2) the quality assurance methodological follow with nineteen items was scrutinized as much level as the participative model of quality assurance operation and only one at medium level.

3) the quality control participation with 30 items was scrutinized at much level as the participative model of quality assurance with operation

4) the self-study report operation with one item, that is, the item of the meeting for planning to organize that self-study report was scrutinized at the most level as the participative model of quality assurance operation and with ten items was scrutinized at much level as the participative model.

5) items at moderate level as the participative model.

6) the self-assessment methodological follow with one item at the most level, that is, participation in qualitative data collection, and with 8 items at much level as the participative model.
7) the self-assessment methodological follow with one item at the most level, that is, participation on qualitative data collection, and with ten items was scrutinized at the most level and with 5 items at the moderate level as the participative model. And

8) the external quality assurance preparedness with 10 items was scrutinized at much level as the participative model of quality assurance operation of Mahachulalonkornrajavidyalaya university.
