Arrival of the Most Venerable Prof. Dr. Phra Dharmakosajarn, Rector of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, President of International Council of United Nations Day of Vesak, President of International Association of Buddhist Universities and Chairman of the Buddhist Research Institute Committee
- Welcoming by Chairman of Organizing Committee and members
- the Most Venerable Prof. Dr. Phra Dharmakosajarn offers candles and incense in honour of the Triple Gem and leads the congregation in chanting ceremony to pay homage to the Triple Gem
- Video presentation on the significance and the history of the Buddhist Research Institute
- Report by Phrakhrupalad Suvathanavachirakhun (Sawai Chotiko), Director of the Buddhist Research Institute, Chairman of the Organizing Committee,
- Convocation for the Researchers
